How do I reserve a party?

  • Simply select your party date , let us know how many kids will be attending your party and select your adult menu items. Party reservations require a deposit equal to 50% of your party package cost.

 

What time slots are available for parties?

  • All party guests have unlimited time in the play facility. Party rooms are reserved and available. Please look at theParty Hours Available for times.

 

Can I bring my own food or beverage to the party?

  • No outside food is permitted. You may however bring your own cake or cupcakes and your own goodie bags for reserved parties only. Don't forget your knife, candles and matches.

 

Can I bring a clown or a special character?

  • No outside entertainment vendors of any kind are permitted. We offer characters for your private party at an additional cost. Click for prices

 

What is the party cancelation policy?

  • You may cancel upto 30 days prior to the party date for a full refund of the deposit. Deposits are otherwise non-refundable.

 

Are Socks required for the play area?

  • Yes, socks are required to be worn by all guests in order to keep a clean and sanitary play area.
